News Module

HGWS CMS News module is designed to manage web site news articles. Being powered with a number of essential features such as news categories, archive, custom entry fields it allows to implement any requested functionality, i.e. site news, press releases, product updates etc.

Key Features:

	News validity date News articles can be posted at any of time, but will go live at a specified date to represent actual news.
	Ability to customize news entry fields Based on project requirements news entry fields can be customized, e.g. adding text fields, images, files, etc.
	News Archive If archive period is defined, expired news articles will be automatically moved from the main news page to a news archive page.
	Latest news selection The Latest news can be selected manually or a set number of the most recent news can be displayed automatically.
	News Categories It is possible to create news groups, i.e. to categorize news articles by topics.
	Custom Paging settings Enables administrator to manage paging settings for the News section.
	Search engine friendly URLs All news is published with search engine friendly URLs, meaning that they will be well indexed, lead search engines traffic and increase your site rank.
